Open days in Berlin, Hamburg, Essen and Munich
Since 2009 the airberlin flightschool, in cooperation with TFC Käufer, has been the first flying school in Germany to give pilots MPL (Multi-crew Pilot Licence) training. In 2012 there will again be two courses for 30 prospective commercial pilots. The airberlin flightschool is taking a road show to Berlin, Hamburg, Essen and Essen to give those interested in becoming a pilot an insight into the training involved. Ralf Nagel, airberlin’s Head of Flight Operations, and Christian Käufer, Managing Director of TFC Käufer flying school, will be happy to answer any questions relating to the selection process, the training required to qualify as a commercial pilot and also a pilot’s typical working day.
The first road show will take place on 23rd September 2011 at TFC Käufer flying school in Berlin. One week later, on Friday, 30th September 2011, would-be students can find out more in Hamburg at Interpersonal, a company that also carries out trainee pilot assessments. The airberlin flightschool will be stopping at flying school TFC Käufer in Essen on 7th October 2011 and at TFC Käufer’s training centre in Munich on 14th October 2011. All road shows start at 4 pm and afterwards the various representatives will be available for individual discussions until 8 pm Admission is free and no prior registration is required.
