Information for applicants

Would you like to apply for a job with us?

This is where you can find all the information you need for a successful job application to airberlin.


Your application

  • Please submit your application online only via our Career Portal.
  • Current vacancies are posted on our Career Portal. Just select the job sector you are interested in and click "apply".
  • By registering with our Career Portal you will have access to your personal job sector, where you can go through your application step by step. Please complete the application form and upload your attachments. This will take just 10 - 15 minutes, along with a covering letter, a curriculum vitae without any gaps, any relevant testimonials from previous employers and a photograph if you wish.
  • You can submit your online application to us as soon as all the information and files are complete.
  • We distinguish between master data, i.e. your personal information and contact details, and application data, i.e. information relating to the job for which you are applying. Once you have submitted your application you will only be able to alter the master data in your personal job sector.
  • The Career Portal will also give you a list of vacancies and, if you are interested, you can subscribe to our Jobletter. This means that you will be sent regular e-mails with information about new posts.

The selection process

Once we have received your application we will send you confirmation by e-mail.

The subsequent selection process is likely to take at least 14 days.
